The main component, of course, is KM 610 A, designed for the production of perfect binding products. KM 610 A is the first machine of the next generation of KOLBUS company in Russia. Among the differences from the previous version, KM 600, is a high speed of 8,000 cycles per hour and an updated CoPilot control system. The new CoPilot has become even more convenient: a modern interface based on Windows 10 allows selecting even the color gamut of the screen and the composition of the buttons on the main control panel. An important change on KM 610 A is a faster readjusting from format to format.
As parts of the perfect binding line, it is also necessary to distinguish ZU 805 gathering machine and HD 153.P three-knife book trimmer line. ZU 805 is a rotary drum collator, which is designed for collating of folded signatures and single sheets. HD 153.P is a machine for three-sided cutting of blocks and brochures, mainly used as a part of high-speed lines due to high performance and a convenient accumulating unit.
